Throughout the year, the NJSOP shines a spotlight on one of our members and celebrates the diversity of our membership, practice modalities, special areas of interest, and career paths!

Call for 2026 spotlights is now open for NJSOP members! 

Step 1: In three sentences or fewer, respond to one of the below statements to explain what inspired your interest in optometry.

Step 2: Share a headshot, your (up to 3 sentences) answer to step 1, your school and graduate year, and the NJ town in which you currently work via asknjsop@njsop.org

Step 3: NJSOP will verify your membership and a draft will be shared with you before it is added to the year’s spotlight calendar.
