About the Program and Application Process
The New Jersey Optometric Leadership Institute is a new NJSOP program designed to cultivate our next generation of optometric member leaders by building core leadership skills, strategic thinking, and professional growth. This program was designed to complement the AOA Leadership Institute.
Program acceptance requires active NJSOP membership. The 2026 program runs from September - November, with a total time commitment of approximately 15-20 hours. Click here to learn more.
