NJSOP members who are within 10 years of licensure are invited to apply for a seat in the inaugural NJSOP New Jersey Optometric Leadership Institute.
This innovative program is designed to cultivate the next generation of optometric leaders in New Jersey by focusing on developing essential leadership skills, thinking strategically, and fostering professional growth.
