NJSOP New Jersey Optometric Leadership Institute
The New Jersey Optometric Leadership Institute is a new NJSOP program designed to cultivate our next generation of optometric member leaders by building core leadership skills, strategic thinking, and professional growth. This program was designed to complement the AOA Leadership Institute.
The NJSOP proudly held a graduation ceremony acknowledgment for the inaugural class of graduates at the December 10, 2025 NJSOP General Membership Meeting. We’re excited for these emerging leaders to engage in volunteer and leadership roles across state and national organized optometry.
Congratulations to the class of 2025!
