This year marks the launch of the NJSOP Vision 2030 annual goals and quarterly tasks, supported by a new board-approved committee agenda focused on forward action. Q1 will be our first use of this template. Meetings will center on goals, assigned Board Champions, and key updates, with detailed materials reviewed in advance. To stay focused, and within our hour time slot, discussion should prioritize highlights, challenges, and deliverables, with long-term or off-topic items deferred to future meetings. Any assigned quarterly task work, in between committee meetings, will be conducted in new SLACK subgroup rooms – assigned by the Board Champions/2026 GOALS.
